Squash 101 – tell your friends and family.

What is Squash 101?

Squash 101 is a new initiative by England Squash to introduce the fun and fitness aspects of squash to people who have not played before or who are returning to the game after some time of not playing.

The sessions are designed to suit any age or ability and to promote the social side and health benefits of playing an active sport. It is also a great introduction to squash for those who want to progress in the sport.

For those who just want to enjoy the social and fun sides to keeping active, the sessions are flexible to encourage this.
